We believe support should feel straight forward from the start. Our fees are designed to be clear, fair, and easy to follow, so you know what to expect at every stage. We are happy to talk through any questions before you begin.

FEES

Therapy Sessions
Sessions are tailored to the individual and can take place at home, in the community, or via telehealth. Time may include direct support, parent or carer coaching, and collaboration with schools or other professionals, along with preparation and follow-up. Each session focuses on practical strategies that can be used confidently in everyday life.
Functional Behaviour Assessments involve a structured process to understand behaviours and guide support. This includes gathering information, conducting interviews, observing across settings, and analysing patterns. A clear report is provided with practical recommendations. Each step is explained along the way so you feel informed, supported, and confident in the direction of care.
Behaviour Support Plans are developed from assessment findings and tailored to individual needs. They include clear strategies, risk and safety considerations where required, and practical approaches to skill development. Guidance is provided for families, carers, and support teams, with a focus on making strategies easy to understand and apply in everyday situations.

cancellations & Policies

Cancellations
We understand that plans can change and aim to keep arrangements fair and clear. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Sessions cancelled with sufficient notice will not incur a fee. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in line with NDIS guidelines.
We support children and families in a way that is respectful, consistent, and centred on the child’s needs. Where parents are separated, clear communication arrangements are established from the beginning. Consent and involvement follow legal requirements, and decisions remain focused on the child’s wellbeing. We are available to discuss individual circumstances as needed.
Before starting services, you will receive a service agreement outlining supports, fees, billing arrangements, cancellation policies, and responsibilities. This ensures expectations are clear from the outset. We encourage you to review the agreement carefully and ask any questions, so you feel comfortable and informed before support begins.
